We offer FREE returns for your convenience! Here's how easy it is:

  • Simply let us know you want to return an item via our returns portal (see section 2 below).
  • We'll then arrange a FREE collection from your home via email.
  • Just tell us a suitable time and date, and we'll handle the rest!

1. Returns Eligibility:

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return unless the product is faulty, in which case our 1-year guarantee entitles you to a full refund or replacement. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. All returns within the 28-day window are free and can be collected from your home as described above.

2. Initiation of Return:

To initiate a FREE return, please click the ‘Request A Return/Exchange’ link located in the footer on the Home Page. Simply insert your order number and contact information and follow the instructions for initiating a return and scheduling your free collection.

3. Return Shipping:

We offer FREE returns with convenient home collection. Once you initiate your return via the portal, we will be in touch by email to arrange a collection time and date that works for you. This may require access to a printer.

4. Return Process:

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange within 2-4 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or a similar product, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 28 days of delivery. We may require you to provide photographs of the item to assess the damage or defect. We will arrange for the FREE return shipping of the damaged or defective item and provide a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.
